Find the right conveyor part.

A part number is the best starting point for a replacement. If the number is missing, the conveyor system and the original assembly can help IMH narrow the search.

Start with the manufacturer part number

Check the original drawing, maintenance manual, purchase record or markings on the component. Enter the complete number in the store search. Keep any letters and suffixes: they can distinguish a different assembly or configuration. A drawing number may refer to an assembly containing several individual parts.

Identify the conveyor system

Unibilt enclosed-track components, I-beam conveyor parts and power-and-free trolleys have different configurations. Note the track profile, beam size and whether you are replacing a front, intermediate or rear trolley. Do not select a component based on appearance alone.

Compare dimensions and included components

Check the published wheel diameter, bore, trolley drop, chain series, curve radius and angle where applicable. For a kit, compare the included hardware with the assembly you need to repair. A CAD drawing is a reference for identification; it does not establish compatibility with every conveyor or replace the manufacturer specifications.

Check the selling unit

Track and chain may be supplied by section, strand or assembly. Read the listed length, unit and minimum order quantity before choosing a quantity. Long track sections and oversized components may need freight arrangements. IMH can confirm the delivery details for your location.

Send the details when the match is unclear

Email sales@imhsystems.com with the part number, conveyor model, quantity and available drawing reference. Include a clear photo of the component and its mounting location if possible. For an unmarked item, provide measured dimensions and the assembly it came from. Our team can help confirm the correct replacement and its availability before you order.
